150 g Zucker
3 EL Wasser, warm
150 Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
Fett f\u00fcr die Form
F\u00fcr die Creme:
600 ml Sahne
2 EL Zucker
100 ml Milch
2 Pck. Cremepulver (Vanille-Paradiescreme)
200 g Quark
200 g Schmand
Au\u00dferdem:<\/strong>
500 g Erdbeeren, geputzt, leicht gezuckert
200 g Erdbeerkonfit\u00fcre
Schokobl\u00e4ttchen, wei\u00df<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr eine 28er Springform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr den Boden die Eier, das Wasser und den Zucker so lange r\u00fchren, bis der Zucker vollst\u00e4ndig gel\u00f6st ist. Das mit dem Backpulver vermischte Mehl unterheben und in eine gefettete Form geben. Bei 180 \u00b0C ca. 30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Creme die Sahne, die Milch und den Zucker kurz verr\u00fchren, dann die Paradiescreme zugeben und auf gro\u00dfer Stufe weiterr\u00fchren, bis eine steife Masse entsteht. Danach den Quark und den Schmand unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den ausgek\u00fchlten Biskuit einmal durchschneiden. Den ersten Boden d\u00fcnn mit der Creme bestreichen, mit den leicht gezuckerten Erdbeeren belegen und mit ca. einem Drittel der Creme bestreichen. Den zweiten Boden darauf legen und die Torte rundum bestreichen. Den Rest der Creme in einen Spritzbeutel mit kleinem Lochaufsatz f\u00fcllen und als Spaghetti auf die Torte spritzen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
