Zubereitungsschritte

\nDie Tomaten waschen, entstielen und die Haut mit einer Nadel jeweils 2-3 mal einstechen. Den Basilikum waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und die Bl\u00e4tter von den Stielen zupfen.<\/p>\n

\nDie Tomaten in 4 Gl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen und das Salz dar\u00fcber streuen. Mit Wasser bef\u00fcllen, bis 3 cm unter den Glasrand und die Gl\u00e4ser verschlie\u00dfen. Ein K\u00fcchentuch auf ein tiefes Backblech legen, die Gl\u00e4ser darauf stellen.<\/p>\n
