Zubereitung<\/p>\n
Den Mangold putzen und waschen. Die Stiele w\u00fcrfeln und die Bl\u00e4tter in Streifen schneiden. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer sch\u00e4len. Zwiebeln w\u00fcrfeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer hacken. Die Linsen in einem Sieb durchsp\u00fclen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n
Butter erhitzen und Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer darin glasig anschwitzen. Sesam, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Kurkuma dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Linsen, Mangold, Kokosmilch und Br\u00fche dazugeben. Alles mit Salz w\u00fcrzen und etwa 15 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze kochen lassen.<\/p>\n
