Zubereitung<\/p>\n
Den Lauch putzen und in gleichdicke Ringe schneiden.<\/p>\n
Margarine in eine Pfanne geben und schmelzen. Lauch in der zerlassenen Margarine ca. 10 – 15 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel d\u00fcnsten, bis er weich ist.<\/p>\n
