Zubereitung<\/p>\n
1. Zuerst das Mehl, Backpulver, Salz und Zucker in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel vermischen, Wasser dazugeben und zu einem dickfl\u00fcssigen Teig verr\u00fchren (Wasser kann auch um 1-2 EL varieren, je nach Mehltyp).<\/p>\n
2. Als nachstes die Bananen in dicke Scheiben schneiden und st\u00fcckweise durch den Teig ziehen und direkt danach in die Pfanne oder Fritteuse mit hei\u00dfem \u00d6l geben und ca. 2 \u2013 3 Minuten frittieren, bis sie goldbraun sind.<\/p>\n
3. Anschlie\u00dfend kurz auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen, dann auf Teller und mit Honig betr\u00e4ufeln und genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n
4. Schmeckt wie beim Chinesen um die Ecke, einfach lecker.<\/p>\n
