\nn. B. Schokolade, gehackt

\n200 g Sahne
\n250 g Mascarpone
\n1 Pck. Vanillezucker
\n40 g Zucker
\n1 EL Zitronensaft
\n300 g Himbeeren<\/p>\n

Zubereitung<\/p>\n

Gesamtzeit ca. 1 Stunde 5 Minuten
\nBackofen auf 175 Grad (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen. In der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe einer Springform (26 cm Durchmesser) eine herzf\u00f6rmige Schablone aus Papier oder Pappe vorbereiten.<\/p>\n

Brownie-Boden:
\nF\u00fcr den Teig die Butter mit dem Zucker in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Mixer cremig aufschlagen, bis die Mischung fast wei\u00df aussieht. Dann ein Ei nach dem anderen unter die Butter-Zucker-Masse r\u00fchren.
\nDas Mehl mit den gemahlenen Mandeln und dem Kakao vermischen. Diese Mischung dann unter die Eiermasse heben, bis ein homogener Teig entstanden ist.<\/p>\n

Tipp: F\u00fcr einen besonders schokoladigen Boden zus\u00e4tzlich gehackte Schokolade in den Teig geben.<\/p>\n

Eine Springform (Durchmesser 26 cm) mit weicher Butter ausfetten. Den Brownie-Teig in die Form geben und glatt streichen. Nun den Brownie-Boden bei 175 Grad (Ober-\/Unterhitze) f\u00fcr 30 – 35 Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene backen. Wenn der Kuchen fertig gebacken ist, aus dem Ofen nehmen und in der Form ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n

Wenn der Brownie-Boden abgek\u00fchlt ist, den Rand der Springform abl\u00f6sen und den Kuchen auf eine Platte geben. Nun die vorbereitete Herz-Schablone auflegen und mit einem spitzen Messer mit glatter Klinge den Kuchen der Schablone entsprechend ausschneiden und die Abschnitte beiseitelegen. Wer mag, kann nat\u00fcrlich auch ohne Schablone frei aus der Hand ein Herz ausschneiden.<\/p>\n

Mascarponecreme:
\nF\u00fcr die Creme zun\u00e4chst die Sahne steif schlagen. Dann die Mascarpone mit Vanillezucker, Zucker und Zitronensaft glattr\u00fchren. Zuletzt die steif geschlagene Sahne vorsichtig unter die Mascarpone-Creme heben.<\/p>\n

Die fertige Creme nun locker auf dem Brownie-Herz verstreichen und mit den Himbeeren belegen. Wer m\u00f6chte, kann nat\u00fcrlich auch andere Fr\u00fcchte als Belag verwenden, z. B. Erdbeeren oder Kirschen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
