\nMilch
\n2 Pck.
\nPuddingpulver mit Vanille-Geschmack
\n70 g
\nZucker
\n200 g
\nButter
\n3 Pck.
\nVanillezucker
\n4 EL
\nRum

Spritzkuchen mit Vanillecreme ZUBEREITUNG<\/p>\n
250 ml Wasser, 90 g Fett und 1 Prise Salz zum Kochen bringen. 140 g Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen und das Ganze so 5 Minuten r\u00fchren.
\nAusk\u00fchlen lassen. Danach 4 Eier einzeln einarbeiten. Kleine Ringe aufs Blech spritzen. Das Rezept ergab bei mir ungef\u00e4hr 35 St\u00fcck.
\nBei 200 \u00b0C bei Hei\u00dfluft 15 Minuten und anschlie\u00dfend bei 170 \u00b0C noch 10-15 Minuten backen. Wichtig ist, dass man die Backofent\u00fcr nicht aufmacht, sonst werden sie ihr Volumen nicht vergr\u00f6\u00dfern.
\nF\u00fcr die Creme 500 ml Milch, 2 P\u00e4ckchen Vanille-Puddingpulver, 70 g Zucker, 200 g Butter, 3 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker und 4 EL Rum zu einem Pudding aufkochen. Den kalten Pudding anschlie\u00dfend mit der gut ger\u00fchrten Butter verr\u00fchren.
