Zubereitung
\nQuark und 1\/2 Naturjoghurt gut verr\u00fchren. Kokosraspeln (davon etwas f\u00fcr die Kakaomasse zur Seite legen), Honig oder S\u00fc\u00dfstoff oder eventuell Ahornsirup, Chia Samen und Sesamsamen dazugeben und gut verr\u00fchren (man kann auch N\u00fcsse, Trockenobst oder in St\u00fccke gebrochene Qualit\u00e4tsschokolade dazugeben).
\nZubereitung des Rezepts Zweifarbige FITNESS Kokos-Quarkkugeln ohne Zucker, Mehl und Eier, schritt 1
\nDie Masse in zwei Portionen im 1:2 Verh\u00e4ltnis teilen. Aus dem kleineren Teil Kugeln formen. In die restliche Masse das Kakaopulver, die zweite H\u00e4lfte Joghurt und Kokosraspeln (so viele Kokosraspeln, dass man aus der Masse eine Platte machen kann \u2013 es h\u00e4ngt von der Dichte des Joghurts ab). Die Masse durchr\u00fchren und die wei\u00dfen Kugeln damit umh\u00fcllen.
