\n1 kleine Dose Mais
\n1 kleine Dose Kidneybohnen
\n250g gemischtes Hackfleisch
\n1 Zwiebel
\n3 TL mexikanisches Gew\u00fcrz* z.B. \u201eMexikanische K\u00fcche\u201c von Lebensbaum
\n400g Schmand (laktosefrei)
\n3 EL Wasser
\n100g geriebener Emmentaler
\nSalz
\nPfeffer
\nPaprikapulver
\nglutenfreie Nachos oder Tortilla Chips<\/p>\n
1. Die Zwiebel klein w\u00fcrfeln und mit dem Hackfleisch in einer Pfanne, mit etwas \u00d6l, br\u00f6selig anbraten. Die mexikanische Gew\u00fcrzmischung unterr\u00fchren, nochmals kurz anbraten und beiseite stellen.
\n2. Tomaten, Gurke und Paprika waschen und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Mais und Kidneybohnen getrennt in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen. Eisbergsalat putzen, waschen und in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.
\n3. Nun die Zutaten in eine Salatsch\u00fcssel einschichten. Von unten nach oben: Eisbergsalat, Tomaten, Salatgurke, Paprika, Mais, Kidneybohnen, Hackfleisch.
\n4. Schmand mit Wasser glatt r\u00fchren und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver w\u00fcrzen. Auf das Hackfleisch streichen und mit Emmentaler bestreuen. Einige Stunden k\u00fchl stellen.
\n5. Vor dem Servieren einige glutenfreie Nachos am Sch\u00fcsselrand entlang dekorieren.<\/p>\n
