75 g Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n

50 g Kakaopulver<\/p>\n

2 TL Backpulver<\/p>\n

1 Glas Sauerkirschen<\/p>\n

25 g Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n

800 g Sahne<\/p>\n

1 Pck. Sahnesteif<\/p>\n

1 EL Zucker<\/p>\n

Kirschwasser, zum Tr\u00e4nken<\/p>\n

Schokoladenraspel zum Verziere<\/p>\n

Zubereitung:<\/p>\n

Eigelb mit Wasser und Zucker so lange r\u00fchren, bis eine sehr cremige Masse entstanden ist und die Zuckerkristalle nicht mehr sichtbar sind.<\/p>\n

Mehl, St\u00e4rke, Backpulver und Kakao mischen und auf die Eigelbcreme sieben. Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen und alles vorsichtig unterheben. Sofort in eine gefettete, bemehlte Springform f\u00fcllen und bei 200 \u00b0C 30 \u2013 35 min ausbacken. Dabei die Temperatur im Backverlauf senken, damit der Biskuit nicht einsinkt, so dass die Temperatur zum Ende der Backzeit nur noch ca. 150\u00b0C betr\u00e4gt. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n

Die Sauerkirschen \u00fcber einer Sch\u00fcssel abgie\u00dfen, so dass der Saft aufgefangen wird. Mit dem Kirschsaft und der St\u00e4rke einen Pudding kochen. Die sch\u00f6nsten 16 Kirschen beiseite legen. Den Rest unter die Kirschsaftmasse heben.<\/p>\n

Den Tortenboden zweimal durchschneiden; den untersten mit etwas Kirschwasser betr\u00e4ufeln, mit der Kirschmasse \u00fcberziehen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n

Die Sahne mit dem Sahnesteif und Zucker steif schlagen , d\u00fcnn auf die ausgek\u00fchlten Kirschmasse streichen, n\u00e4chsten Tortenboden auflegen und leicht andr\u00fccken. Wieder mit Kirschwasser betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/p>\n

Den Boden mit ca. \u00bd der Sahne bestreichen, n\u00e4chsten Boden aufdr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n
