1 \u00bd kg Schweiner\u00fccken, ausgel\u00f6st<\/p>\n
4 Zwiebeln<\/p>\n
1 Zehe Knoblauch<\/p>\n
2 Dosen Champignons, zu je 850 ml<\/p>\n
Salz und Pfeffer, wei\u00dfer<\/p>\n
250 g Schmand oder Creme fraiche<\/p>\n
25 0 g Schlagsahne<\/p>\n
1 Liter Tomatenketchup<\/p>\n
1 Glas Letscho, (700 ml) oder Ajvar<\/p>\n
Zubereitung<\/p>\n
1. Zuerst das Fleisch in ca. 1,5 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden und flachklopfen.<\/p>\n
Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len.<\/p>\n
Zwiebel in Ringe schneiden.<\/p>\n
Knoblauch halbieren und ein gro\u00dfes Blech damit ausreiben.<\/p>\n
Champignons gut abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n
2. Jetzt das Fleisch mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n
Den Boden des Blechs mit ca. 3 Fleischscheiben auslegen. Je ca. 1\/2 Zwiebel und Pilze darauf verteilen.<\/p>\n
Danach Schmand und Sahne verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n
Zirka die H\u00e4lfe \u00fcber das Fleisch gie\u00dfen, so dass es vollst\u00e4ndig bedeckt ist.<\/p>\n
