\n400 g H\u00e4hnchenbrust
\n100 g K\u00e4se Emmentaler
\n3 EL \u00d6l
\n250 g Sahne
\n250 g Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche
\nMuskat Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n
Zubereitung:<\/p>\n
Zuerst das \u00d6l in eine Pfanne geben und leicht erhitzen. Dann die H\u00e4hnchenbr\u00fcste waschen, trocken tupfen und in Streifen schneiden, mit Muskat Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Nun im \u00d6l bei mittlerer Hitze braten, bis sie gar sind, aus der Pfanne nehmen und zur Seite stellen.
\nJetzt die Nudeln in kochendem Salzwasser zubereiten. Mittlerweile die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, Creme fra\u00eeche, Sahne, und K\u00e4se dazugeben, ebenfalls mit Muskat Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack w\u00fcrzen.
