300 g Champignons<\/p>\n
4 Lauchzwiebeln<\/p>\n
2 Zwiebel<\/p>\n
2 Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n
850 g gemischtes Hackfleisch<\/p>\n
5 EL Paniermehl<\/p>\n
1 EL Senf<\/p>\n
Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n
Muskat<\/p>\n
5 EL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n
300 g Schlagsahne<\/p>\n
So geht es:<\/p>\n
1.Als erstes die Pilze s\u00e4ubern, putzen und halbieren. Dann die Lauchzwiebeln putzen, waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Hack, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Paniermehl, 4 EL Wasser und Senf zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Zu 6 Frikadellen formen.<\/p>\n
2. Als nachtes den \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und Frikadellen darin ca 10 Minuten braten, dabei einmal wenden. Danach, herausnehmen und in eine Auflaufform geben. Pilze im hei\u00dfen Bratfett ca. 3 -4 Minuten braten. Mit Sahne abl\u00f6schen und mit Salz und Muskat w\u00fcrzen. Champignonsahne zu den Frikadellen geben und mit Lauchzwiebeln bestreuen.<\/p>\n
3. Zuletzt Ii vorgeheizten Backofen 210 \u00b0C O\/U ca. 10 Minuten garen. Am besten schmeckt es mit Brot .<\/p>\n
