Zubereitung
\nSchweinefleisch und Zwiebeln in einer Pfanne anbraten. Knoblauch fein schneiden und zusammen mit den \u00fcbrigen Zutaten zum Fleisch geben.
\nBouillonw\u00fcrfel in 1 Liter Wasser aufl\u00f6sen.
\nAlles in die Auflaufform geben und mit den in Wasser aufgel\u00f6sten Bouillonw\u00fcrfeln \u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Mit Alufolie zudecken.
\nIm Backofen bei 250 \u00b0C 1,5 Stunden garen.
