Zubereitung<\/p>\n

Arbeitszeit ca. 25 Minuten
\n\ue192
\nGesamtzeit ca. 25 Minuten
\nEine Br\u00e4terform (oder auch das Backblech) gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit \u00d6l auspinseln. Das Fleisch waschen, trockentupfen und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Haut auf der Oberseite der Putenkeule in Streifen leicht einschneiden (wegen der Kruste). Dann das gew\u00fcrzte Fleisch in den Br\u00e4ter legen.<\/p>\n

Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, in gro\u00dfe Viertel schneiden und um das Fleisch legen. Dann bei ca. 180-200\u00b0C im Backofen braten. Nach ca. 40 Minuten die H\u00e4lfte der Br\u00fche dazugeben und weiterschmoren lassen. Nach ca. 20 Minuten den Rest Br\u00fche dazugeben und dann noch ca. 30 Minuten weiterschmoren lassen. Gesamtbackzeit im Ofen ca. 90 Minuten.<\/p>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend die Br\u00fche aus dem Br\u00e4ter in einen Topf gie\u00dfen. Die Zwiebelst\u00fccke dabei entfernen (da diese meist sehr stark angeschmort sind). Die Br\u00fche im Topf aufkochen und mit So\u00dfenbinder (oder anger\u00fchrtem Mehl) binden. Ggfs. noch nachw\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit das Fleisch nochmal im Ofen warm halten. Wir schneiden die Putenoberkeule am Tisch auf und servieren die So\u00dfe extra dazu. Als Beilage nehmen wir meist Kartoffeln und Rotkohl.<\/p>\n

Tipp: Man kann die Putenoberkeule so auch sch\u00f6n knusprig zubereiten und ohne So\u00dfe (ist auch etwas kalorien\u00e4rmer) servieren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
