\n1 TL Backpulver
\nEtwas Salz
\n60 ml \u00d6l
\n120 ml Wasser
\nGepresster Knoblauch, nach Geschmack
\n\u00d6l und Kr\u00e4uter (z.B. Petersilie, Rosmarin) nach Geschmack zum Bestreichen)<\/p>\n
Zubereitung:<\/p>\n
In einer Sch\u00fcssel Mehl, Backpulver und Salz mischen.
\n\u00d6l und Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles zu einem glatten Teig kneten.
\nDen Teig in kleine St\u00fccke teilen und zu Fladen ausrollen.
\nDie Fladen zu einer Kugel formen, ausrollen und von beiden Seiten goldbraun braten.
