\n1\/4 TL Pfeffer, schwarz gemahlen

Zubereitung:<\/p>\n
1. Einfach mal Essig, Wasser, Zucker, Salz und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in einen Topf geben und ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitze kochen lassen .<\/p>\n
2. Danach die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und 5 \u2013 8 Sek. mit dem Mixstab aufr\u00fchren (10 Sek.\/St.5).<\/p>\n

3. Als n\u00e4chstes das Dressing in Flaschen f\u00fcllen und nach dem Abk\u00fchlen im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n
Jetzt der Essig konserviert und macht es ziemlich lange haltbar. Das Schmeckt lecker zu allen Blattsalaten oder Rohkost.
