500 g Mehl
1 Pck. Vanillinzucker
1 Pck. Backpulver
1 Prise(n) Salz
2 Tafeln Kuvert\u00fcre, dunkel oder Vollmilch, f\u00fcr den Guss
F\u00fcr die Creme:
250 g Butter
500 ml Milch
3 EL Zucker
1 Pck. Puddingpulver, Vanille
Zubereitung
Aus Eiern, Zucker, Mehl, Backpulver, Vanillinzucker und Salz einen Teig herstellen. Diesen in die Mulden einer Mohrenkopfform f\u00fcllen und bei 180\u00b0C Umluft 25 min backen.
Aus der Form st\u00fcrzen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.
Schokolade schmelzen. Mohrenk\u00f6pfe halbieren und die obere H\u00e4lfte mit Schokolade \u00fcberziehen. Aush\u00e4rten lassen.
Vanillepudding mit Milch und Zucker und dem Vanillepuddingpulver nach Anleitung kochen und erkalten lassen.
Die weiche Butter cremig r\u00fchren und den Vanillepudding l\u00f6ffelweise einr\u00fchren.
Buttercreme auf dem Boden der Kuchen verteilen, den Schokoladendeckel darauf setzen. Im K\u00fchlschrank lagern.
Wenn man keine Mohrenkopfform hat, tut es sicher auch eine Muffinform.
